St. Mary Catholic School Families:
Please use the following form to confirm your attendance for the Spring Dinner and Grand Auction childcare service.
Children must be fully potty-trained and over 2 years old in order to attend the childcare service.
Please note that this service is available only to families with students currently enrolled at St. Mary; however, younger and older siblings who are not enrolled may attend, provided they are already potty-trained, over 2 years old, and are under the age of 17.
