St. Mary Catholic School Families:
Please use the following form to RSVP for the babysitting portion of the Gala. It is alright if you change your mind at a later date, as this will just get us a good idea of how many children to expect.
Children must be fully potty trained to attend the babysitting night.
Please note that this service is only available to families who have students enrolled at St. Mary, but younger and older siblings who are not enrolled may attend if they are full potty trained and younger than 17 yrs old.
